Give the hours that change a result.

Tutors, mentors and event volunteers are how these programmes actually run.

Opportunities

Mathematics and science tutoring, mentorship, expo and event support, administration, communications and professional services.

Time commitment

From a single event day to a tutoring cycle or an 18-month mentorship. We will match you to what you can genuinely sustain.

Location

Primarily rural Limpopo, at partner schools and event venues. Some mentorship and professional support can be done remotely.

Experience required

For tutoring, subject competence at senior-phase level. For mentorship, having navigated tertiary study or a career route. For events, willingness.

Safeguarding and screening

Volunteers working directly with learners complete a screening and safeguarding process before placement. This is not optional and it protects everyone.

Orientation

Every volunteer receives an orientation covering the programme, the school context, safeguarding expectations and who to contact.

Apply to volunteer

Tell us what you can offer and how much time you have. A named person will come back to you with the current openings and the screening steps.

What is this about?

Tutoring, mentorship, event logistics, administration or professional skills. Most volunteering happens in concentrated blocks around holiday schools and expo editions.
